The San Yuen Tradition
Golden Wei Feng Shui practises in the San Yuen (San Yuan) tradition of classical Feng Shui — one of the major authentic schools, known for its precise, technical approach to the relationship between time, space, and energy. San Yuen methods include the Flying Stars system and classical water and orientation techniques, applied through careful calculation rather than guesswork or superstition.
This is the same body of knowledge that underpins every consultation offered — whether for a home, a business, or a fertility consultation. The principles are consistent because the tradition is consistent.
Training Under Master Edgar Lok Tin Yung
Reka Kun trained directly under Master Edgar Lok Tin Yung, the 39th-generation lineage holder of the Yang Gong San Yuen Yuen Gua (SYYG) lineage — one of the most respected classical Feng Shui teachers practising in Australia.
Over three and a half years of dedicated study, working through the tradition in layers, Reka completed a comprehensive course of training with Master Yung, including:
- San Yuen Feng Shui — Levels 1, 2 and 3, the core classical curriculum
- The Fertility course — the specialised San Yuen formulas for fertility
- The Date Selection course — choosing auspicious timing using classical methods
- The Seven Robbery Star course — advanced San Yuen technique
This direct, traditional transmission — learning the formulas in their proper depth from a recognised lineage holder, rather than from books or short weekend courses — is what distinguishes authentic classical practice from the popularised, commercialised versions of Feng Shui common today.
